Team Intervention
There is much more to developing teams and organizations than just “cooperation” and “teamwork”. All teams need some form of intervention from time to time for people to reconnect with one another. I believe team can be strengthened at different levels in different cycle. In my programs, I focus on expanding personal accountability, forming powerful partnerships, creating synergistic teams and building significant level of trust through conversations.
I believed that through Team Intervention we might begin to create new lenses that enable us to observe objectively new challenges facing our organization.
Leadership Infusion
Leadership is not just about capability and experiences, and definitely not about position or authority. Leadership is simple. Unknowingly, we sometime make it complicated. But it is not necessary easy. Leadership to put it plainly, it’s about YOU.
Leadership is about being a leader, about connecting with others that matter to you. Leadership is about being accountable to others and helping others to be accountable.
With ConversationCircles, I aspire to help leaders begin taking interest in discovering possible blind side, revealing the hidden concerns and co-creating the unknown relational potential.
Change Initiation
ConversationCircles believes that change cannot be applied. Change is a process that takes time. In fact, we help you to find the reason for sustainable change, a purposeful journey that the people in change initiatives are far more important than change itself. Therefore we aspire to use conversational circles as a way to initiate change, to help organization discover the purpose for sustainability.
From The Inside Out
This is a program of exploration. Some called it personal mastery, NLP, and/or champion mindset. I simply call it a self-discovery “From The Inside Out”.
We believed we are all different. We feel, think and act differently. How about learning differently, agreeing differently and the list go on…
“From The Inside Out” attempts to go to the core of natural learning that is beyond conventional intelligence. ConversationCircles is not a program. Conversational circles is a facilitation process that I use for all my programs to illicit intentional relationship.
I start with YOU and your objectives and then design a program to meet those needs. Therefore meeting and listening to YOU is the critical part of what ConversationCircles do and cannot do without. My goal in all the work I do is that the people in organization may have a simpler and clearer way to think and explore issues together. To accomplish that, I strive to create a safe environment for deep exploration, to create powerful activities and the process of conversational circles to explore possibilities, and to be in transformation collectively. I want people to leave my programs with some answers and also some questions.
I employ a wide variety of methodologies to help ensure that EACH and ALL of us can find value in the sessions. Some examples of what this means:
